Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions for our Agrochemical business. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, foster a positive work culture, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and drive HR system review and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

[A] HR Operations:
1. ⁠Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Talent Management: Design training programs, conduct performance management, succession planning.
3. ⁠Employee Engagement: Foster positive work culture, develop employee engagement initiatives.
4. ⁠Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, company policies.
5. Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions.

[B] HR System Review and Change Management:
1. ⁠Collaborate with HR consulting firms to review and enhance HR systems, processes, and policies.
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize HR efficiency.
3. Develop and implement new HR policies, procedures, and programs.
4. Conduct gap analysis and recommend technology upgrades (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).

[C] HR Technology and Analytics:
1. ⁠Implement and manage HR technology solutions (e.g., HRMS, performance management tools).
2. Develop and maintain HR metrics, analytics, and insights for business decisions.

[D] Strategic Partnerships:
1. ⁠Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design, change management.
2. Partner with HR consulting firms to benchmark best practices, stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
•⁠ ⁠12-15 years of HR experience, preferably in the agrochemical or chemicals industry.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills.
•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives.
•⁠ Flexibility to travel (if required).
•⁠ Candidate who are presently located in Gurugram will be preferred

Desirable Skills:
•⁠ ⁠Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR etc.).
•⁠ ⁠Experience with HR technology and systems.
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with agrochemical industry-specific regulations will be added advantage.
•⁠ Good awareness about big 4 HR consulting firms and their services.
