A4 Solutions is an established name in the recruitment process. Back in 2012, Mr Akshay Aghi & Mrs Aarti Aghi started the company. Today there are twelve of us to service your recruitment needs.

With our expertise lying in effectively understanding manpower requirements of our clients, we ensure the recommended/selected candidate has the desired profile to match up best with the requirement of the client. Leadership
Mr. Akshay Aghi
Akshay is B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture coupled with an MBA degree. He brings a rare insight into hiring for the agri-inputs sector for more than 10 years along with 18 years of pan India experience from a glorious career with industry leaders in Organised Retail and Agri-Inputs industries like Reliance Retail, Rallis, FMC,Thomson Reuters etc.
Mrs. Aarti Aghi
Aarti has done BSc Electronics and MBA. She brings along a rich experience in pharmaceuticals industry from her association with Cipla & Micro Labs during the early stages of her career and later from entrepreneurship, having set-up a flourishing pharma brand -Aigis Biotec.
